June 9 - July 25 at ACAC Four Seasons:
13 & Older = 5:30 - 8:00 a.m. 
11 - 12 = 6:00 - 7:30 a.m.
9 - 10 = 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.

Practice schedules may be changed due to holidays, vacations, weather and other circumstances.

There are no minimum practice attendance requirements.   However, the coaches recommend that the 6-8 year old group attend 3 practices per week (but 2 to 4 times is acceptable).

  • Take Interstate 64 to Charlottesville – 5^th Street exit. Turn left onto 5^th street and continue until Cherry Avenue. Take a left on Cherry Avenue and go through 2 lights. Take a left at the top of the hill, follow signs to Buford Middle School/Smith Pool.
  • The pool is located in the lower parking lot.

Senior 2 starts September 4, 2007; Senior 1 and 11 - 12 start September 10, 2007; 9 - 10 start September 17, 2007; 8 & U start September 24, 2007.

• Directions to Crow Pool (coming from University of Virginia):
  • From the Rotunda, turn onto Rugby Road. Go down to the light at Preston and turn left. Immediately turn Right onto Rugby Avenue. Take Rugby Avenue down to the first light. (Rose Hill) Turn left onto Rose Hill. Take this through a neighborhood, through some stop signs, to the very end.
  • You'll end up in a parking lot at Crow Pool and Walker Upper Elementary School
