2012-13 CYAC Registration Packet

PROSPECTIVE NEW CYAC FAMILIES: We currently have a wait list for several practice groups.  If you are interested in joining CYAC for the 2012-13 season, please email Cameron and John with the following information: Swimmer(s) name, date of birth, and previous competitive swimming experience.

High School Swim Team Prep: REGISTRATION FORM HERE

* Registration Date: Beginning Thursday, August 30th (Via fax or in person)

* Program Dates: 9/17 - 11/1

* Days: M, T, W, Th

* Times: Crow Pool class: 6:30-8:00pm || Crozet Pool class: 5:30-7:00pm

Take Your Mark Program (Ages 5-7): REGISTRATION FORM HERE

* Registration Date: Beginning Thursday, August 30th (Via fax or in person)

* Dates: 10/16 - 11/15

* Days: T, W, Th

* Times: Crow Pool & Crozet Pool class: 4:30-5:15pm

* NEW for the 2012-13 season: 

* CYAC will expand to two sites - CROW Pool on Dairy Road in Charlottesville and Crozet PARC/YMCA pool in Crozet.
