WHAT

Men and women can enjoy a low impact, choreographed dance excercise class using a variety of music from Big Band Era to recent popular tunes. The program includes warm-up dances, stretching, a cardiovascular work out and cool down.

FITNESS EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION
