WHO	Ages 6 - Adult
WHAT	The YMCA sponsors the Charlottesville Judo Academy and invites you to explore judo as a fun and exciting sport for the entire family! Parents and children are encouraged to work out together in a family-oriented setting taught by qualified instructors with over 35-years of teaching and coaching experience. Participants learn about judo through games and training exercises that are structured for safety, physical fitness, and fun!

TIME	Ages 6 - 15: 6:00 - 7:30 PM Ages 15 - Adult: 7:30 - 9:30 PM Girls & Women (Additional Class): 2:30 - 3:30 PM on Saturdays Open Mat: 3:30 - 4:30 PM on Saturdays
COST	$45.00 per month Discounts for HS and College Students Financial Assistance is Available.
