To register for a program, registration forms must be fully completed with payment to be enrolled in a program. The parent agreement must be signed. Registration forms received after the deadline date will be subject to a late fee.

As long as space permits, participants can register after a program starts. Registration requirements still apply. For our team sports programs, there is a $25.00 late fee that will be charged to all late registrations.
If you provided your e-mail address, upon registration, you will be e-mailed a receipt. The YMCA does not send out confirmations. Once you register for a program, you are in that program unless you hear otherwise. If you have any questions about what session or what class you are registered for, you may contact the Y office at 434-974-9622. For team sports, you will be contacted directly by your coach.
If the YMCA cancels a program due to low participation, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests received prior to the start of a program session [the first practice designates the start of a program] will be offered a full credit, valid for one year, to be used toward any other Piedmont Family YMCA program OR a refund check can be issued minus an administrative charge. Refunds are not extended after a program starts and credits are not extended after the first game.
