2008 Flag Football Registration Form
WHO:
Boys & Girls, Ages 5-10
WHAT:
YMCA Flag Football is a recreational program designed for youngsters new to the sport of football as well as those not quite ready for tackle football who want to learn how to play the sport, brush up on the rules, tactics, and skills, improve their game and most impor- tantly, HAVE FUN! Our focus is on football education, participation, and sportsmanship.
WHEN:
DEADLINE for registration = AUGUST 22ND
Up to 2 1-hour weekday evening practices begin in late August/early September.
Saturday morning games run from mid-September through end-of-October.
WHERE:
Kids are matched up based on geographic location. Practices are held at central site. Game are held at Monticello High School.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:
- Flag belt
- Uniforms
- Shorts/Sweat Pants
- Game Socks
COST:
$85.00
Deadline: August 22nd
($15 late Fee)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Participation in all programs requres advance registration.
All programs have enrollment limits. Space is limited, so register early.
The YMCA accepts Mastercard, VISA, and Discover Card.
YMCA programs are open to all opeople regardless of age, race, religion, gender, ability level, nation of origin, or financial circumstances. Financial assistance is available.
The YMCA does not send out confirmations. Once you register for a program, you are in that program unless you hear otherwise.
If a program you want is not offered, please contact the YMCA at 974-YMCA to let us know your interest.
