NEW Indoor Lacrosse Clinics:
WHO Boys and Girls in Grades K-5

All girls should bring stick, goggles, and mouthguard.

All boys should bring stick and mouth guardHelmet/pads are strongly recommended for this program.  They are required for our league play.

**Groups will be split based on those that have equipment and those that do not.
WHAT The YMCA will be offering Winter Indoor Lacrosse Skills Clinics working on passing, catching, ground balls, and defensive and offensive work as well as speed, agility, and coordination.  The focus is on skill development and teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse.  Great intro program to our Spring league play!

WHAT  As one of the fastest growing team sports in the US, lacrosse builds speed, agility, and coordination as well as teamwork and confidence.  We aim to create a fun, yet competitive atmosphere that can serve as a feeder program for Middle School Lacrosse.
WHEN  Practices start in early late February/early March
Games run from mid-March through May
TIME  2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
WHERE  Albemarle County Fields, STAB, and The Park at UVA
COST  $95.00 **Financial Assistance is Available
