Healthy Kids Day is our annual, family-friendly celebration of active play and healthy habits for kids of all ages. Stop by for an afternoon of fun at the Y, with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities plus time in the pool.
This year, we are also hosting a Les Mills Launch earlier in the day, and Brooks Family YMCA will be open to the public from 7:15am-2pm for free entry. Come try group exercise classes (with family-friendly options throughout the morning and early afternoon), then stay for Healthy Kids Day activities from 12pm-2pm.
